Step by step of what I did. I simply logged into Yahoo and went to the account page. When I finished clicking the change password link and changing the password and submitting it, I got the page in question. Here is the URL for it, though it doesn't seem to produce the message via the url unless you are signed into Yahoo when you go to the URL. Let me know how to send the screen shot and I'll gladly do so. Here is the URL.
