i don't have outlook 2002 but i can't imagine this would be much different; look in the file menu for import and export..., you can save to .pst and .csv, among others.
under windows 2000/xp, personal data is probably in this (hidden) folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook |
