Why would you do POP3? Gmail (using IMAP) is a breeze to set up in Zimbra. Takes about 5 minutes (or less). Your client's account I guess you'd have to do as POP if that's all their mail server supports. Alternatively, you could put a forward on it to some other account, like your Gmail, and then filter the incoming addresses.

You can easily separate the accounts in Zimbra, either by filters or by setting up separate "external accounts."
