Well, who set the quota? :-)
Are you the domain (or server) administrator? If so, you should be able to set a higher (or unlimited) quota for yourself.
If you're just a peon user, then you'll have to beg your admin.
If you're *paying* for the mailbox somewhere, you can almost certainly give your provider more money, and they'll give you more quota.
