I don't think so, I've had my host file set correctly since I first installed Zimbra:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
fixedIP FQDN hostname
I've also tried 'host hostname' and that returns the correct IP address. I've setup BIND as per these
instructions and it's been working fine. Zimbra is working but it was just the initial warning that threw me. BIND also seems to be working OK as my DNS server, not being an expert I can't see anything obviously wrong with my setup.
