 still no luck making trash go away....
If this the email retention policy option, I have it set for Trash (5days) and Spam (5Days), however trash is not going away, nor spam.
Was this for AFTER they empty trash/spam that this kicks in??
If so, my users never empty anything, so this won't help.
I am trying to have the server "empty their trash/spam" automatically at a preset day.
