Did you restart the server after disabling/undeploying the other zimlets?
Clearly something is getting in the way because if the problem came from the zimlet itself you shouldn't even see it in the zimlet panel.
Maybe it is a bug of the 5.0.6
since Protack had a 5.0.6 too (didn't checked).
