I didn't say anything about not following this instruction. You should disable any other mail server on the system and any other unnecessary services.

There's nothing mysterious about the message, those instructions were written for the 4.5.x branch of Zimbra we are now up to 5.0.8. There is no new thread, this is a user forum, nobody has written a complete 'how-to' for the 5.x branch. There are details in the forums and wiki about installing on CentOS5 64bit if you search for them.
