That's a rather pointless question to answer when we don't know anything about your hardware, your requirements, your skill level, your intended deployment, whether you're talking about the Open Source Version or the Network Edition version etc. There's plenty of documentation and information on the Zimbra and Sun websites for you to make a comparison based on your own knowledge.
