You need to check your hosts file, it's in /etc/hosts - have a look at Page 9 in the Zimbra
Quick Start Installation Guide that tells you the format of the hosts file.
You should also check your DNS configuration is correct, look at the link I posted earlier specifically the second post in that thread.
