Set Up Zimbra Tasks Zimbra Tasks lets users create to-do lists and manage tasks through to completion. Important: To allow users to share their Task lists, enable Sharing in the Features page. Task lists can be shared with individuals, groups, and the public. The Tasks feature is enabled from either the COS or the Accounts Preferences page.
