Increase or Decrease Quota From a COS or Account, you can configure a quota threshold that, when reached, sends a message alerting users that they are about to reach their mailbox quota. 1. On the administrator console, go to the Configure>Class of Service>Advanced page. Scroll down to the Quota section. 2. Modify the quota settings. 3. Click Save.
