Run zmprov verifyIndex as a sanity check for the specified mailbox index. Diagnostic information is written to stdout. If problems are detected, a failure status is returned.VerifyIndex locks the index while it's running, and checks every byte in the index. Therefore, it's not recommended to run this on a regular basis such as in a cron job. The zmprov verifyIndex command should be used only when you need to make a diagnosis. If VerifyIndex reports that the index is corrupted, you can repair the mailbox index by running reIndexMailbox (rim).
