Using a Delegate to Send Emails on Your Behalf
If you want to allow others to send email messages on your behalf then you need to add them to your list of Delegates. Once a user has been added, you can also use the Delegates function to share standard folders in your account, such as Calendar and Tasks, with them. Sharing permissions and roles are described in Sharing Folders.
1.
In ZCO, go to Tools>Options.

Click the Delegates tab.

Click Add to select your delegates.
4.
Click Permissions... to grant permissions to the delegate. Note that by default a new delegate is given Administrator permission for the Calendar and Tasks folders.
5.
You can enable multiple delegates to send email on your behalf. This does not allow the delegate to access your account unless you have given the delegate folder permissions.
