Combine Mail Profile Accounts Mail profiles can be combined with the Zimbra profile account with an IMAP, Exchange, or POP account. You cannot add more than one Zimbra account to a profile. 1. Select Start>Settings>Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add... and follow the prompts to add a new email account.
