Meet Tiffany Henry, Zimbra’s appointed “engagement captain.” As the volunteer liaison, she informs her colleagues about upcoming organized community service opportunities and also champions individual volunteer efforts.

Patrick believes philanthropic initiatives are a necessity in the workplace. We should contribute back because we have the means to do so and it is the right thing to do. But, the reality is that it is hugely beneficial to the company culture and the individuals themselves. Patrick serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting education and entrepreneurship among at-risk youth, and encouraging philanthropy to emerging and established companies. He is a founding director of the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship Greater Dallas Chapter, Chairman of the Board of Entrepreneurs for North Texas, a board member of Education is Freedom, a Partner of Dallas Social Venture Partners and an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization.
